🛍️ What Can Be Returned?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a wrong item or size

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The product is not as described


🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


❌ What Can't Be Returned?

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, undergarments, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return

  3. We’ll guide you through the pickup or return shipping process


💸 Refund or Exchange

  • For valid returns, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or full refund (excluding shipping charges)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item


📦 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the item sent was incorrect or defective, we will cover the shipping charges
